LDO Smart Filament Sensor for Orbiter V2.0 and V2.5

This is a brand-new sensor design for the orbiter, much improved compared to the previous sensor version. It features filament tangle detection, as well as runout detection. Additionally there is signal filtering on the onboard microcontroller lowering false detections. This sensor is easily connected to the orbitool toolhead pcb.

LED Status indicator:
Red - no filament loaded
Green - filament poaded
Orange - unload button has been pressed (only when filament is present)
